Eligibility: Students who are currently enrolled in 1st-12th grade for the 2024-25 school year are encouraged to apply for our Yamhill Student Showcase. All mediums and sizes will be considered.

Selection Announcement: April 14th, 2025

Artwork Drop off dates: April 30th-May 2nd, 2025

Exhibition Dates: May 6th- June 26th, 2025

Artwork Pickup: June 27th, 2025

Artist Reception and Award Announcements: June 6th, 2027, 5-7pm in the Parrish

Details:

● It is free to apply for the show

● Parents/guardians are requested to help facilitate the application process

● Student artists can submit up to three pieces of artwork

● All mediums, sizes and styles of artwork are welcome

● All pieces will be juried based on originality, quality/craftsmanship

● All artworks must be original works made by the artist

● Students must currently live in Yamhill County to be considered

● Selected artworks will be exhibited in the Central Gallery for a two-month

period at the Chehalem Cultural Center: 415 E. Sheridan St. Newberg OR 97213

● Selected works may be for sale, but it is not required.

● The CCC will take a 40% commission from all sales

● Images must be in a JPEG or PNG format and should be titled accordingly:

First_Last-shortened title-0x0x0in

● 3D artworks may submit up to three additional images of different views for

each artwork. Please group 3D views in the image title with A, B, C indicators.

● Works on paper must be framed, and all 2D work must be wired, and ready to

hang. Other wall-hung artwork should be wired if possible.
