Phased Construction

Phase 1 Completed
Renovation of 10,000 square feet on the first floor for glass and pottery studios, a kiln area, two art classrooms, music practice room, technology lab, central gallery, main entrance, office and meeting space. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical work for the entire building are included in this phase.

Future Phases
Construction includes completing interior renovation for a 240-seat theater and stage, green room, movement studio, conference center, ballroom that seats 300, full-service kitchen, bistro, landscaping and parking.
